Directions for US Route 1 / Coastal Scenic Route / Post Road:
From the North:
If traveling on I-95 Maine Turnpike you may take Exit 19 (Wells Exit).
At bottom of exit ramp take a LEFT at the lights onto 109 South / 9 East / Sanford Road.
Travel 1.5 miles to traffic light and turn RIGHT onto US Route 1 South / Post Road.
Travel 2 miles South on US Route 1 / Post Road and turn RIGHT at traffic light (by Xtra Mart gas station) onto 9B West / Littlefield Road.
Travel 3 miles on 9B West / Littlefield Road and take a RIGHT onto Bears Den Road.
We are located at 117 Bears Den Road with park facilities on both the East and West sides of the road.
The main entrance to the park will be on your LEFT. We hope you enjoy your visit.
From the South:
If taking I-95 Maine Turnpike you may use the directions above (taking Exit 19).
If traveling on US Route 1 North / Post Road travel North past Ogunquit and Moody, Maine.
At the Wells, Maine Xtra Mart gas station turn LEFT at the traffic light onto 9B West / Littlefield Road.
Travel 3 miles on 9B West / Littlefield Road and take a RIGHT onto Bears Den Road.
We are located at 117 Bears Den Road with park facilities on both the East and West sides of the road.

Directions from I-95 Maine Turnpike (North or South) Alternate Route:
Take Exit 19 (Wells Maine Exit) off I-95 Maine Turnpike.
At the bottom of Exit ramp take a RIGHT at the lights onto route 109 North / 9 West / Sanford Road.
Travel 0.5 miles on route 109 North/ 9 West / Sanford Road then turn LEFT onto 9 West / North Berwick Road.
Travel 2 miles on 9 West / North Berwick Road then turn LEFT onto Merriland Ridge Road.
Travel 0.3 miles on Merriland Ridge Road and take your first LEFT onto Bears Den Road.

We are only 3.5 miles from the Wells Exit for the Maine Turnpike (Exit 19) and the Wells Transportation Center. The Wells Transportation Center offers free parking and is serviced by the Amtrak Downeaster passenger train providing transportation South to Boston and North to Portland, buses (including a daily express bus to Foxwoods Casino), taxi, limousine, shuttles, and trolley service.
